1. “RVGians” – Students who resided/residing in Hostel as registered student irrespective of regular basis/exam basis for the purpose of pursuing studies for CA curriculum.
2. Effective Date: 1.01.2023 i.e. First Day of January Two thousand and twenty-three.
3. Eligibility: The member/s registered and stayed in the “Hostel” for more than 1 month.
4. Object: The Object of creation of RVGians Worldwide Group/Community are:
   • To connect all RVGians Worldwide in an organized manner where in each RVGian is identified and recognized and get opportunity to participate and take advantage of being RVGian.
   • To promote professional skill set within the RVGians Worldwide Community in various fields like finance, accounts, tax, compliance, audit, assurance etc. by sharing the expert technical knowledge and experience and support the community to grow together.
   • To help fellow RVGians in placements in local and international corporates to support them in the growth and development in various façade of life.
   • To guide, share, discuss various new unique ideas, technical knowledge, concepts, business opportunity, experience on the community platform for the professional and personal benefit of RVGians.
   • To unite and support all RVGians as community and pass on the legacy to next coming generation as tribute and pay back to the Hostel which played vital role in achieving professional and personal success in life.
   • To promote any and every other matter in good interest of RVGians which help all members to feel Proud on being RVGians and part of this elite professional community called RVGians Worldwide.
   • To create mechanism, technological support, database for ready information for RVGians on access and availability of fellow RVGian in vicinity, industry, company etc.
5. Core Committee: First RVGians and initiators of the concept who are involved in continues progress of the group RVGians Worldwide and increase further as per necessary requirements to fulfill objective of connecting all RVGians Worldwide as per list enclosed in Annexure - 1
6. Guidelines: The members of the RVGians Worldwide Group needs to be adhered with the below guidelines in interactions, Whatsapp post, submission and matters related to RVGians worldwide group:
   • To maintain public decorum by non-involvement in confrontations and hurting personal sentiments of other fellow RVGians.
   • All members are prohibited from unsolicited promotion of one’s business, firm or services offered on frequent basis by any means (personalized posts/ advertisements/ meeting invitation/ messages etc). One Time Introduction in the format prescribed in the format enclosed in Annexure-2 is required and allowed to all members.
   • All members need to be careful while advising and commenting on illegal and unlawful matters and Core Committee holds all the right to take necessary action of giving notice and restraining such acts of the members.
   • To refrain from use of inappropriate language and maintain professionalism in course of interaction with members.
   • To respect the views expressed by fellow members in discussions on various professional matters and upheld the objective of healthy discussions between members.
   • All views/ opinion/ advises posted in the RVGians Worldwide forum is sole and personal views of Members and the member expressing such views/opinion//advises shall be responsible for the same.
   • Members are allowed to post only handwritten personalized messages as wishes on various occasions and No forward messages are permissible in the group, Further, the Core Committee will inform the window/occasion for sending the wishes massage as time slot/date to ensure the decorum of group is maintained and the chances of important massage left out to be avoided.
   • Any and every kind of messages related to Politics/ Marketing / communal and messages which disturb the decorum of group and leads to unhealthy discussion and creating differences in the group are strictly prohibited.
   • All kind of complaints/ suggestions regarding working mechanism/or on post by fellow RVGian to be submitted to Core Committee and the Core Committee to decide and take necessary decision and action in good interest of all members to keep up the good spirit of the RVGian Worldwide Community.
   • Core Committee to ensure and maintain necessary decorum in the group/community by taking all actions for the progress and growth of all members by bringing new ideas/concept and creativity for the knowledge of all fellow RVGians.
   • Core Committee reserves the right for taking decision on accepting membership/deny/restrict certain post/delete post published against the bylaws/regulations/any and every matter for smooth functioning of RVGians Worldwide Group.
   • Due to technology restrictions on Whatsapp group, Multiple Whatsapp Group needs to be created under community and one member needs to be part of one Whatsapp group, any message which is for value addition, knowledge sharing and benefit of overall community, will be shared by Core Committee Members in all groups and any particular information if member wants to circulate in whole community can be requested to Core Committee Members as per below.
   • All new additions effective 1^st Jan 2023 needs to be through Core Committee Members and new members are required to submit the details in the format enclosed as per Annexure – 2

The above guidelines are comprehensive and not exhaustive, and all members are required to adhere with the guidelines for smooth functioning of the group.

The Core Committee can review/add/delete/amend any clauses as and when required in the good interest of the group.
